Italian honey sommelier education is coming to scandinavia!
On March 11-14 2027, Gian Luigi Marcazzan and Raffaele Dall’Olio from CREA, Bologna are coming to Sweden to run the Introduction Class in Honey Sensory Analysis, called Level 1.The Class will be run in Höllviken, on the coast just south of Malmö. Nearest airport is Copenhagen Airport and train station is Hyllie Malmö.
